Technology Support Specialist

You’ll receive training and resources to assess technology needs, perform basic services, coordinate repairs, and provide timely support in a fast-paced warehouse setting., * Assemble main distribution frames according to technical specifications and engineering drawings

• Install and terminate copper and fiber optic cables on distribution blocks
• Mount and secure distribution blocks, cable management systems, and protective devices
• Perform continuity testing and basic troubleshooting of assembled frames
• Maintain accurate assembly documentation and quality control records

• Minimum of 6 mos. Experience in a technology support or assembly role.
• Must have a background in working with Cat 6, fiber connections, low-voltage cabling, or computer hardware assembly
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and telecommunications equipment
