Job description
- The eCommerce Analytics Specialist supports Cornerstone Brands (Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, Garnet Hill), and supports the analysis of digital and eCommerce experiences across the Cornerstone portfolio. You will help our teams better understand customer behavior, business performance, and opportunities to improve the shopping experience. You will report to the eCommerce Analytics Manager.
Where You’ll Work
- This role is remote ; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Vermont, Virginia. This role may require you to be on site at our West Chester, OH location as needed.
What You’ll Do
- Dig into finds from Weekly and Monthly reporting to provide actionable insights
- Explain analytics concepts to teams with varying levels of eCommerce and data fluency
- Provide any follow-up data that may come from regular reporting
- Identify areas of opportunity for reporting
- Dig into data and uncover areas of opportunity
- Use additional web vendors outside of Google Analytics for further analysis
- Help with ad-hoc reporting and data pulls
- QA Analytics tagging updates during release cycles
- Other responsibilities and activities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Digital Analytics, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ years’ experience in digital analytics
- Analytical with the ability to translate data into clear business insights
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, IBM, or Adobe
- Experienced with Excel (can perform complex functions), Looker Studio, or PowerBI
- Demonstrate curiosity and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
- Build relationships across teams and contributes positively in a cross-functional environment
- Demonstrate customer-minded thinking and use data to help improve the end-to-end digital shopping experience
