EDI & Digital Transformation Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced EDI & Digitalization Program Administrator to support and enhance enterprise EDI operations while driving digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on maintaining reliable customer EDI connections, expanding SAP-based EDI capabilities through Aeroxchange, and leading automation projects that improve operational efficiency using SAP, Alteryx, SQL, and Power BI., * Manage, monitor, and optimize EDI transactions across SAP, Mainframe, and internal ERP systems.

• Troubleshoot EDI errors, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate issue resolution with development teams.
• Support onboarding of new customers to SAP-based EDI environments via Aeroxchange.
• Lead digitalization initiatives by mapping SAP data to internal applications and automating business workflows.
• Design and maintain end-to-end automation solutions using Alteryx, SQL, and Power BI.
• Develop and maintain EDI process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with documentation, testing, and change management best practices.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement automation strategies.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices in EDI and digital transformation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting EDI, digital transformation, or business systems.
• Strong knowledge of SAP EDI, ERP integrations, and EDI transaction management.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, and data analytics.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills., * PMP Certification preferred.
• Experience with Aeroxchange or aerospace EDI platforms.
• Proficiency in Alteryx for data transformation and workflow automation.
• Experience implementing enterprise automation and digitalization initiatives.
