IT Asset Management Associate

What You’ll Do You’ll be a key part of our daily fulfillment and device lifecycle operations; keeping inventory accurate, orders moving, and devices handled with care and precision.

• Pull laptops from inventory to fulfill outbound orders accurately and efficiently
• Securely package laptops and accessories for shipment, ensuring devices are protected in transit
• Print and apply shipping labels, verify order details, and hand off packages for carrier pickup
• Maintain accurate inventory records as devices move in and out of stock
• Assist with device provisioning and configuration for deployment
• Execute secure data-wiping procedures on end-of-life laptops using approved tools
• Generate and upload certificates of data destruction to customer dashboards

• Strong attention to detail as this is one of the most important things we hire for
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
• Able to lift and move equipment up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with hardware a plus
• Reliable, organized, and takes pride in doing things right
