  • Support endpoint/MDM lifecycle integration (Microsoft Intune enrollment, association to asset records, de-enrollment/secure wipe during offboarding) as an extension of HAM.
  • Configure computers, communications devices, and peripheral equipment; install hardware; and perform site setup activities consistent with the labor category.

  • Accuracy discipline: Demonstrated ability to sustain high inventory-accuracy standards and timely record updates in an auditable system of record.
  • Clearance & citizenship: Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 4 (High Risk Public Trust) background investigation. U.S. citizenship is required for this project by the client. All personnel must satisfy the government client’s suitability and background-investigation requirements before receiving physical or logical access to facilities or systems.

The physical demands described here are representative of those an employee must be able to meet, with or without reasonable accommodation, to perform the essential functions of this role.
  • Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move IT equipment and peripherals weighing up to 40 pounds (e.g., desktops, monitors, multi-function devices, shipping containers), with or without assistance for heavier items.
  • Ability to perform repeated bending, kneeling, reaching, and crouching to install, configure, tag, or retrieve hardware in a variety of locations (e.g., under desks, in server/storage rooms, in supply areas).
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout office floors and facility areas for extended periods, including during physical inventory counts and multi-site or multi-floor asset audits.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to connect, configure, and install computer hardware, cabling, and peripheral equipment.
