IT Helpdesk Specialist

This position is responsible for assisting in all Information Technology activities., * Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows-based desktops, laptops, servers, and network infrastructure while providing help desk support, user account management, and technical assistance for hardware, software, and the Inventory Control System (ICS).

• Perform routine maintenance, support the administration and validation of computerized systems and the ICS, maintain hardware and software documentation, assist with user training, and contribute to system improvements.
• Research and recommend IT hardware and infrastructure solutions, coordinate with third-party vendors for system repairs and upgrades, and assist with website maintenance and webmaster responsibilities.
• Develop and update SOPs, training materials, and validation documentation while supporting a 21 CFR Part 11 compliant environment and ensuring the secure, reliable operation of computerized systems.

• Must be available to work on-site Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm
• Associate degree or Technical Certification in IT / IS
• Previous experience working in a helpdesk, IT, or related role
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, etc.
