We’re looking for someone who enjoys multitasking, solving scheduling challenges, and being an important part of a growing team., The HVAC Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating technician schedules, communicating with customers, monitoring appointment progress, and ensuring efficient daily operations. This position plays a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience., * Schedule and dispatch technicians for service and installation appointments.

• Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and updates.
• Monitor technician routes and daily schedules.
• Coordinate emergency service requests.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records.
• Work closely with service managers and technicians.
• Assist with inbound customer calls.
• Enter and update customer information in company software.
• Help maximize technician efficiency and productivity.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

• Previous dispatching or scheduling experience preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or construction industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and dependable.
