Tier 2 IT Technician

We are looking for a Tier 2 IT Technician to join our team. This is an in person position with the possibility of being hybrid. The position has an on site expectation of roughly two to three days per week. Because on site work is a regular part of this role, candidates must live within a 2 hour driving distance of Winner, SD.

You will be the escalation point for more complex issues, working both independently and alongside our team to keep our clients running smoothly.

What You Will Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated hardware, software, and network issues
• Support Windows workstations, servers, and Microsoft 365 environments
• Perform on site work including installs, setups, and hands on repairs
• Manage and respond to support tickets in a timely, professional manner
• Configure and maintain networking equipment, firewalls, and backups
• Document your work clearly and keep client records up to date
• Communicate with clients in a friendly, plain language way

• 2 or more years of IT support experience, MSP experience a plus
• Solid knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
• Experience with firewalls, backups, and remote monitoring tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver license
• Good communication skills and a customer first attitude
• Must live within 2 hour driving distance of Winner, SD

Nice to Have

• Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, etc.)
• Experience with tools like Syncro, Hudu, or similar PSA/RMM platforms
• Low voltage or cabling experience, * IT support: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Drivers License (Required)
