Job description

  • In need of a self-directed, results-driven leader who can manage multiple concurrent priorities, balance strategic and tactical execution, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within scope for the following:
  • Drive end-to-end program execution across complex data governance, regulatory, and risk management initiatives, from strategic planning and implementation through operational reporting and sustained business adoption.
  • Lead annual AML and Sanctions attestation processes for applicable Global Markets and Global Banking transaction flows, supporting GFCC requirements with scalable, repeatable, and audit-ready controls.
  • Own issue management and remediation activities across stakeholder testing, internal quality control, lineage validation, and control attestation efforts to strengthen compliance posture and reduce operational risk.
  • Develop and maintain robust process documentation, governance artifacts, and operating procedures to enhance transparency, sustainability, and traceability across team deliverables.
  • Capture and curate complex data lineage, controls metadata, and application hierarchy information across Global Banking and Global Markets supply chains to enable critical risk functions and business partner testing objectives.
  • Leverage enterprise data management tools and functional platforms to support testing execution, stakeholder inquiries, control assessments, and technology-enabled process insights.
  • Ensure deliverables are aligned with Enterprise Data Management policies, standards, and control frameworks, reinforcing data integrity, governance discipline, and regulatory readiness.
  • Provide responsive support for urgent stakeholder testing matters while proactively identifying emerging risks, root causes, and process improvement opportunities to prevent future escalations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business, technology, risk, and compliance partners to understand business rules, data flows, application architecture, and control dependencies across the Global Banking and Markets ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Global Banking and/or Markets business and technology environment.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Data Management Policy & Standard requirements.
  • Familiar with SOX regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Understanding of EDSGO & Enterprise Independent Testing delivery process and methodologies.
  • Familiar with the Global Financial Crimes Compliance line of business.

The ideal candidate will have: <Data Governance, Data Management, Data Lineage, Collibra.>, * Understanding of Data Management fundamentals, including metadata, data quality, and data governance.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to collect, organize, analyze, document, and publish information.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to work in person, virtually, and in a globally staffed environment.
  • Able to influence, lead, and communicate effectively across technology peers, business units, managers, and senior leadership. Must be able to bridge gap between technology and business and clearly articulate requirements and solutions.
  • Adept at handling multiple tasks and adapt to daily changing requirements.
  • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: data analysis, business analysis, project management, data management and governance.
  • Experience with tools such as: COLLIBRA, Enterprise Data Repository, BTConverge, AppHQ.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills is a must.
