Requirements
A state benefits-systems team seeks an experienced application developer for complex multi-tier systems built on Natural/ADABAS with some SQL. The developer will evaluate business needs, design and implement solutions, and maintain applications and databases through the full SDLC (design, analysis, coding, QA testing, implementation, maintenance), participating in an on-call rotation. Strong problem-solving and direct stakeholder engagement are essential. Kanban/Lean-Agile familiarity is a plus., 10+ years Natural/ADABAS and SQL development
SCL in Linux experience
Advanced experience working with stakeholders to design, implement, and enhance large Natural applications
Proficiency writing SQL
Experience gathering/formulating business requirements with customers; able to set technical direction and drive issue resolution
Full SDLC experience
7+ years hands-on experience with state Department of Human Services systems
PREFERRED SKILLS
Linux/Unix working knowledge · Microsoft SQL Server
