Product Manager - Data & Analytics (Healthcare)

We are looking for a Product Manager with strong Data & Analytics experience to drive data-driven product decisions in a healthcare environment. The role focuses on improving customer experience through insights, reporting, and continuous product enhancements across web and mobile platforms., * Define and manage analytics and reporting requirements

• Perform data analysis to drive product improvements
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions
• Deliver insights, identify root causes, and recommend enhancements
• Define metrics, data models, and standards (e.g., Find Care)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to close product and data gaps

• Strong Product Management experience
• Solid Data & Analytics background
• Healthcare domain experience
• Experience with web/mobile self-service applications
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytics solutions
