Job description
Van Horn Dealer Solutions (VHDS) is seeking a Training and Systems Specialist to support our dealership network by managing and streamlining back-end processes, ensuring our stores can focus on what they do best - selling! This role plays a key part in improving efficiency, supporting finance operations, and ensuring smooth system integrations across multiple platforms., * Conduct foundational new hire sales training
- Manage and support Contracts in Transit (CITs)
- Maintain and develop banking relationships and ensure proper contract completion
- Manage system setups in Dealertrack, Tekion, VinSolutions, RouteOne, Impact, warranty companies, and digital retailing tools
- Assist in the development of training materials with the Senior Directors of Variable and Fixed Operations
- Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and training/warranty partners
- Provide finance system support to dealerships
- Update and manage forms and compliance documents across all locations
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards and proper documentation procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, * Sales experience preferred
- Training experience preferred
- Valid and active driver’s license required
- Experience in dealership operations, F&I, or automotive systems preferred
- Strong understanding of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and CRM tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related digital platforms
