Requirements

  • Strong AI Solution Architecture experience with hands-on AI/ML and Generative AI expertise.
  • Deep expertise in .NET / C# Full Stack technologies.
  • Experience designing AI-powered enterprise applications and solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI/ML models and AI integrations.
  • Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, SQL and cloud technologies.
  • Front-end experience with React/Angular and modern Full Stack development.
  • Ability to define AI architecture, technology strategy, integration patterns and enterprise solutions.
  • Strong experience driving AI adoption and transformation across business functions.
  • Insurance/Reinsurance industry experience is mandatory.
  • Experience with Azure/Azure OpenAI is preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
