Job description

Lead the architecture and technical design of enterprise Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AEM applications.
Provide technical leadership to AEM developers and full-stack engineering teams.
Define AEM component architecture, templates, workflows, content models, and integration patterns.
Develop and review backend code using Java, Sling, and OSGi.
Design integrations between AEM and external systems through REST APIs and microservices.
Collaborate with UX, product owners, business analysts, and DevOps teams.
Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and establish development best practices.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and recommend long-term solutions.
Ensure solutions meet performance, security, accessibility, and maintainability standards.
Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for AEM applications. *

Requirements

Adobe Experience Manager
8+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Strong expertise in:
AEM Sites
AEM 6.5 and/or AEM as a Cloud Service
AEM Components
Editable Templates
Content Fragments
Experience Fragments
Workflows
Dispatcher configuration
Front-End Development
Strong hands-on experience with:
JavaScript / TypeScript
HTML5
CSS3 / Sass
Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular is preferred.
Familiarity with AEM Client Libraries (ClientLibs).
Integration & Architecture
RESTful APIs.
JSON.
Microservices architecture.
Cloud-native application design.
Authentication and authorization patterns.
