Job description

  • Implement and customize Smart Investigation for Securities, ensuring regulatory and compliance alignment.
  • Drive end-to-end PEGA solution design covering case lifecycle, data modeling, integrations, performance, and security.
  • Architect and govern PEGA applications in line with LSA guardrails, best practices, and enterprise standards.
  • Design and implement banking integrations, including SWIFT message flows and external financial systems.
  • Leverage AI Delivery features to accelerate development and improve solution quality.
  • Collaborate with business, compliance, and integration teams to translate requirements into scalable PEGA solutions.
  • Own non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, resiliency, and security.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with PEGA.
  • Certified PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) - Mandatory.
  • Pega Smart Investigate and Payments domain experience - Mandatory.
  • Experience with SWIFT messaging and banking transaction flows.
  • Integration expertise using REST and SOAP APIs, PEGA Queue Processors, Services, Connectors, and asynchronous processing.
  • Strong understanding of banking investigation life cycles.
  • Ability to apply AI features to improve productivity, quality, and decision outcomes
  • Lead architecture, design, and delivery of PEGA Smart Investigate for banking clients.
