Job description

Mandated Reporter: The person holding this position is considered a “mandated reporter” under the California Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act and is required to comply with the requirements set forth in CSU Executive Order 1083 as a condition of employment. The person will also have a duty to report to the Campus Title IX Officer information pertaining to discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct or exploitation, dating or domestic violence, stalking, and retaliation under the CSU Interim Nondiscrimination Policy.

Benefits & conditions

Rank and Salary: Lecturer and salary is dependent upon educational preparation and experience. Position’s appointment is subject to budgetary authorization.

The salary schedule information for the Lecturer - Academic Year Classification is available based on the following ranges:

Lecturer AY (Range 2) - $5,507 - $6,677

Lecturer AY (Range 3) - $6,221 - $13,224

Lecturer AY (Range 4) - $6,825 - $14,523

Lecturer AY (Range 5) - $8,593 - $15,211

The anticipated hiring range is generally at or near the minimum of the appropriate range, commensurate with education and experience. Salary will be pro-rated for part-time assignments.
