Lead Java Full-Stack Engineer

We are seeking a Senior/Lead Java Full-Stack Engineer with Enterprise Unified Communications / Voice Technology to join our dynamic team supporting the M365 Data Migration - SharePoint initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, Node.js, Spring, RESTful services, and SQL and a proven ability to design and deliver automated provisioning and customer-facing productivity tools for enterprise environments. This role is onsite and will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate solutions within real-time communications and voice technologies., * Define application objectives by analyzing user requirements and envisioning features for Real Time Communication applications.

• Design and develop user interfaces and services, set feature priorities, select design methodologies and tools, and conduct unit and integration testing.
• Create automated provisioning applications for use within financial and banking environments.
• Produce detailed low-level technical designs for implementation by support teams and ensure seamless integration with voice technologies, including Trader Voice, enterprise voice, mobile, Session Management, Contact Center, and Middleware.
• Coordinate requirements, schedules, and activities; contribute to team meetings; and troubleshoot issues across multiple environments and operating platforms.
• Collaborate with internal and external SMEs, business technology teams, operational support teams, and vendors to design and support Voice Recording solutions.
• Develop documentation and assistance tools to support users and operational excellence.
• Own, update, and create necessary security standards and controls to ensure efficient and reliable platform operations.

• 12+ years of experience in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, Node.js, Spring, J2EE design patterns, SQL, and server-side RESTful web services.
• Experience across the full System Development Lifecycle with a proven software development track record.
• Background in application design and architecture for large-scale enterprise systems.
• Understanding of enterprise-level infrastructure, microservices design, application security, high availability, distributed systems, and multi-threaded programming.
• Proficiency with Unified Communications and Middleware communication platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Systems.
• 12-20 years of experience in the financial or technology industry.

Preferred Skills:

• CTI APIs such as TSAPI, JTAPI, Lync UCWA.
• Front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/jQuery, AngularJS.
• Testing and CI/CD: JUnit, Jenkins automation framework.
• Experience with SharePoint and M365 data migration projects.
