Job description
The Willow Ambulatory Application Analyst responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the build, support, testing, and implementation efforts related to Epic Willow Ambulatory, Willow Inventory, pharmacy point of sale and other related outpatient pharmacy applications.
- Prepare and execute functional system and program specifications using structured methodology.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned project teams and department initiatives, develop test scripts, conduct testing, support application upgrades and project go lives.
- Utilize advanced application & analytic skills to design, build and test solutions to meet the needs of the organization.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s and/or at least 3 yrs of applicable experience (healthcare, clinical, other IT)
- Experience: 3+ yrs of applicable experience (healthcare, clinical, other IT)
- Florida residency (on-site support required in Lee County), full time (or willingness to relocate)
Additional Experience Preferences:
- Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification/Proficiency
- Willow Inventory certification/proficiency
- Management of Pharmacy Point of Sale software/hardware
- Pharmacy technician experience
- Pharmacy technician certification
