Job description
The Sr HRIS Analyst Consultant is responsible for supporting and optimizing Clarvida’s HR technology systems, with a primary focus on the ADP Vantage core HR system. This role ensures system configurations, integrations, and mass data processing activities align with business requirements while maintaining data integrity and compliance. The consultant partners with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality, improve workflows, and recommend solutions that support organizational growth and operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain HRIS systems, including ADP Vantage, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business requirements
- Develop, generate, and analyze standard and ad hoc HR reports to support decision-making and compliance needs
- Support, evaluate, and assist in implementing system integrations between HRIS and other HR applications to ensure seamless data flow across platforms
- Assist in completing data bridges for mass uploads while identifying and communicating opportunities for data quality and process improvement
- Evaluate HR systems, workflows, and process flows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to optimize system functionality and user experience
- Perform advanced data analysis using Excel, including vlookups and comparative data validation
- Troubleshoot system issues and escalate feature questions or technical concerns to ADP as needed
- Support HR data privacy, security, and compliance requirements within system processes
- Assist with feature and field implementation, system testing, and optimization efforts within the HRIS platform
Requirements
Do you have experience in VLOOKUP function?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5+ years of experience as an HRIS system administrator or analyst within an ADP HRIS system
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to perform vlookups to compare and validate data
- Working knowledge of HR data privacy, security, and compliance requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business or non-technical requests into system actions and guidance
- Experience running data bridges and mass uploads in ADP
- Strong experience troubleshooting and escalating system issues and feature questions to ADP
- Background in process design, system optimization, and feature or field implementation and testing within an HRIS system
