• Driver Examiners administering a driving test
• The Gambling Control Division providing guidance for a new business

• The Division of Criminal Investigation Agents working a cold case
• The Office of Consumer Protection seeking ways to protect the citizens of Montana
• The Office of Victim Services providing critical services to support crime victims
• Justice IT Specialists overseeing the security of critical information systems
• Training Officers preparing the next generation of law enforcement professionals

• Associate degree in information technology or related field.
• One to three years of experience supporting network or computer systems technologies.
• Other combinations of education, certification or experience may be substituted.

• Must have the ability to work in all aspects of a team environment including support, communication, personal awareness, ability to utilize and provide professional critiques, and demonstrate emotional intelligence. Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of desktop/laptop computer support and troubleshooting to include previous and current versions of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office application uses and troubleshooting.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
• Extensive knowledge of computer peripherals such as scanners, printers, and MFPs.
• Thorough knowledge of system, diagnostic, and utility software - PC Tools, MS Sysinternals, remote desktop support applications and methods, antivirus and anti-malware tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of LANs, WANs and WWANs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft System Center applications.
• Knowledge of mobile computing devices like tablets and smartphones.
