- The Division of Criminal Investigation Agents working a cold case
- The Office of Consumer Protection seeking ways to protect the citizens of Montana

- Justice IT Specialists overseeing the security of critical information systems
- Training Officers preparing the next generation of law enforcement professionals
Requirements
- Associate degree in information technology or related field.
- One to three years of experience supporting network or computer systems technologies.
- Other combinations of education, certification or experience may be substituted.

Must have the ability to work in all aspects of a team environment including support, communication, personal awareness, ability to utilize and provide professional critiques, and demonstrate emotional intelligence. Note: Don’t quite meet all the requirements, but still confident you could crush it as IT Systems Support? Show us. Other combinations of education and experience will be considered. Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of desktop/laptop computer support and troubleshooting to include previous and current versions of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office application uses and troubleshooting.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
- Extensive knowledge of computer peripherals such as scanners, printers, and MFPs.
- Thorough knowledge of system, diagnostic, and utility software - PC Tools, MS Sysinternals, remote desktop support applications and methods, antivirus and anti-malware tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of LANs, WANs and WWANs.
- Knowledge of Microsoft System Center applications.
- Knowledge of mobile computing devices like tablets and smartphones.
