IT Help Desk / Telecom Technician (Entry-Level - Growth Opportunity)

• Provide IT support (in-person, phone, remote)
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access issues
• Manage user accounts (Active Directory / Entra ID)
• Deploy and support devices (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile)
• Perform structured cabling and telecom work
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and network infrastructure
• Assist with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint
• Monitor and respond to cybersecurity risks
• Document work and manage support tickets
• Coordinate with vendors and assist with IT projects

• 2+ years IT Support / Help Desk experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, networking)
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, and basic Azure/cloud
• Wireless networking and remote support experience
• Telecom/cabling experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Work Environment

• High workload, multi-tasking, and deadline-driven
• On-call, overtime, and occasional travel required
• Work in industrial/manufacturing environments
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders

Preferred

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• IT certifications (A+, Network+, Microsoft)
