Job description
- Lead end-to-end CRM product strategy and delivery.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
- Collaborate with business users, architects, developers, and QA teams.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release management.
- Ensure successful implementation and integration of Adobe CRM solutions.
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Provide regular updates to business stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Product/Project Management experience.
- Strong experience in CRM Product Management.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Experience Cloud, or Adobe CRM solutions.
- Experience gathering business requirements, defining product roadmaps, and managing product backlogs.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities., * Visa: USC / GC Only
- Strong experience with Adobe CRM / Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) is highly preferred.
