Job description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Analytics Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex digital analytics and measurement initiatives across web and digital product environments. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, including requirements gathering, measurement planning, GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementations, stakeholder alignment, and analytics governance.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with hands-on knowledge of digital analytics technologies, enabling them to effectively bridge business, product, analytics, and engineering teams while ensuring accurate and scalable measurement solutions.

Your Role

  • Manage analytics projects, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Collaborate with business, product, engineering, QA, and analytics teams to deliver measurement solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into tracking and measurement specifications.
  • Coordinate GA4, GTM, data layer, and event tagging implementations.
  • Support QA, validation, and troubleshooting of analytics implementations.
  • Maintain analytics governance, documentation, and measurement standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project/program management experience in digital analytics, martech, or digital product environments.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Experience managing tagging, measurement, or analytics implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of event tracking, data layers, and analytics QA processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills., * Hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM configuration or troubleshooting.
  • Experience with product analytics, customer journey measurement, and digital instrumentation.
  • Familiarity with privacy and consent management requirements.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.

Benefits & conditions

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$68,911 - $161,544

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
