Test Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Test Engineer to join our innovative manufacturing and engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive testing and quality assurance procedures on a variety of semiconductor test systems, ensuring they meet design specification. Your expertise will help maintain the highest levels of product quality, reliability, and safety, contributing directly to our commitment to excellence in advanced semiconductor test systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge testing techniques and collaborate with talented professionals dedicated to advanced compound semiconductor testing for high reliability markets., * Perform acceptance testing (ATP) methods including radio frequency (RF), voltage and current, temperature calibration, software both executable and user-interface layers to evaluate system performance and integrity.

• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to understand manufacturing specifications and ensure accurate testing procedures.
• Conduct surface mount technology inspections and mechanical blueprint interpretation to verify assembly accuracy and component placement.
• Utilize test equipment such as vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, RF power meters, voltage and current meters, and other measurement devices for precise data collection during various test requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of test results, analysis data, and inspection reports using Microsoft Office tools for documentation purposes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify defects, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions for continuous quality improvement.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols during all testing activities to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

• Extensive knowledge of integrated test systems using RF source and measurement, thermal measurement, and voltage/current measurement equipment.
• Strong electronic knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics, block diagram details, and software flowcharts accurately.
• Proficiency in using bench test equipment for subassembly test and troubleshooting.
• Experience with surface mount technology (SMT) assembly verification processes.
• Skilled in data collection, analysis skills, and generating detailed reports using Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of semiconductor testing methods and RF device characteristics.
• Ability to interpret schematics related to manufacturing processes and equipment setup.
