Data Analyst -- Global Vendor Data -- Systems Implementation

This is more of a junior or entry-level role working with vendor data to assist on a global procurement systems implementation project., The Supplier Enablement Process Analyst supports supplier onboarding and supplier data work for procurement implementation. This role will help the process lead with day-to-day coordination, issue tracking, documentation, reporting support, and data analysis and cleansing. This role supports a key part of broader procurement transformation by helping enable a more consistent, transparent, and scalable supplier management process., * Support the process lead in identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities

• Help track process issues, questions, risks, and follow-up items
• Help create and update process documents, job aids, and training materials
• Support report review, testing, and tracking of reporting needs
• Maintain action trackers or issue logs to support process stabilization and continuous improvement activities
• Work with vendor master teams and other stakeholders to follow up on open items
• Assist with supplier data analysis and data cleanup activities

Strong skills in Excel would be needed. Any experience around system implementation would be preferred., * Experience in supplier onboarding, procurement operations, or supplier data management

• Experience supporting system implementation, go-live, or stabilization activities
• Experience creating process documentation or training materials
• Experience with data cleanup or data quality support
