Remote Implementation Project Manager

The Remote Implementation Project Manager is primarily responsible for leading client implementations from project kickoff through go-live and stabilization, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project plans and risks, and drives readiness activities to deliver solutions on time and aligned with client needs., * Lead client implementations from project kickoff through go-live and stabilization, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and project objectives are achieved

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, readiness activities, and deployment efforts while monitoring risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes
• Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to coordinate system configuration, data integration, training, and operational processes that support implementation success
• Facilitate project communications, track decisions and action items, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Maintain project documentation and implementation records while supporting a seamless transition to ongoing operations and long-term client success

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while managing timelines, priorities, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• Proficiency with project management tools and documentation practices, including maintaining project plans, status reports, action items, and implementation records.
• A reliable high-speed internet connection (the faster the better!)
• Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace in a room with a closed-door

• Large corporation experience
