Job description

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Work with product managers, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and client experience improvements.
  • Support solution design discussions and evaluate impacts across applications, systems, and integrations.
  • Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure solution accuracy.
  • Facilitate requirement workshops, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and implementation challenges and provide mitigation recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, operational, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support production implementation, issue triage, and post-launch validation.

Scrum Master:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and scaling standards and best practices
  • Support delivery teams in providing consistent business value and quality outcomes

Requirements

JIRA & Confluence Business Analysis agile methodologies UAT testing Agile/Scrum methodology backlog management production support Risk & Compliance

General Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience
  • Payment domain knowledge
  • Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks

Benefits & conditions

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $28.66/hour - $44.78/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
