Job description

Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
Work with product managers, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and client experience improvements.
Support solution design discussions and evaluate impacts across applications, systems, and integrations.
Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure solution accuracy.
Facilitate requirement workshops, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and implementation challenges and provide mitigation recommendations.
Ensure compliance with governance, security, operational, and regulatory requirements.
Support production implementation, issue triage, and post-launch validation.

Scrum Master:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and scaling standards and best practices
Support delivery teams in providing consistent business value and quality outcomes

Requirements

JIRA & Confluence Business Analysis agile methodologies UAT testing Agile/Scrum methodology backlog management production support Risk & Compliance

General Experience:

7+ years of experience
Payment domain knowledge
Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks

Benefits & conditions

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $28.66/hour - $44.78/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
