Job description
- Collect, organize, and maintain business data from multiple sources.
- Enter, verify, and clean data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues.
- Prepare recurring reports, summaries, and dashboards.
- Use Microsoft Excel and other business tools to organize and analyze information.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Assist with data quality checks and resolve discrepancies.
- Support forecasting, reporting, and business-performance projects.
- Work with internal teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Present findings and observations in clear, easy-to-understand formats.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling company and customer information.
- Assist with other analytical and administrative projects as assigned., Your training may include:

- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Reliable, professional, and able to meet deadlines., * Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience with Excel formulas, PivotTables, or data visualization.
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
- Previous internship, administrative, customer service, finance, or data-entry experience.
