Technical Architect

To conceptualize| design and deliver product / sustenance delivery through the team as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology Key Responsibilities

1. To architect

   design and develop [through team] solution for product / sustenance delivery.

2. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
4. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.

Strong Experience in design of components with various manufacturing processes like Stamping, Molding & Machining. Proficient in SolidWorks & Creo (Creating 3D models, Sheet Metal, 2D drawing and Assembly) Hands on experience in Windchill PDM / PLM for managing lifecycle of the components. Strong experience in Onsite - Offshore co-ordination/interaction Experience in Electro-mechanical design Experience in Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing (GD&T) Strong knowledge in manufacturability considerations for Sheetmetal & Plastic Create DFMEA and identify relevant product risks. Identifying the suitable material, apply DFM/DFA concepts in design and Familiar with latest engineering design and methods, tools, and processes. Experience with standard NPI / NPD process. Understanding of compliance requirements. Experience in Tolerance stack up analysis. Ability to present and articulate ideas to key stakeholders and leadership team. Excellent communication skills and Positive ‘can do’ and proactive attitude. Quality mindset in design and documentation.
