Technical Architect

Lead the design, implementation, and transformation of Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE solutions, serving as the primary customer-facing architect responsible for solution strategy, enterprise architecture, integrations, and successful delivery of PLM initiatives., * Define end-to-end 3DEXPERIENCE solution architecture aligned with business and engineering processes.

• Lead requirements workshops with customer stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Design data models, integrations, migration strategies, and platform governance.
• Drive solution design, technical reviews, implementation guidance, and deployment planning.
• Work closely with offshore architects, developers, and support teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Provide architectural oversight for upgrades, enhancements, performance optimization, and modernization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, reliability, and best-practice standards.
• Support pre-sales activities, estimation, roadmap definition, and executive-level customer communications.

• 10+ years of PLM experience with strong expertise in Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE (ENOVIA/Collaborative Industry solutions).
• Experience in solution architecture, enterprise integrations, data migration, and platform implementation.
• Strong understanding of engineering processes, change management, BOM, configuration management, and product development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Web Services, REST APIs, Java technologies, cloud deployment architectures, and enterprise systems integration.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred

• Experience leading global PLM transformation programs.
• Exposure to Teamcenter, Windchill, or other enterprise PLM platforms.
• Dassault Systèmes certifications and Agile delivery experience.
