Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable HRIS Delivery Analyst to join our team as an Emergency Temporary Consultant. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery, implementation, and support of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) solutions across various organizational functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing system configurations, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting system enhancements to optimize HR processes. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to critical HR technology initiatives in a dynamic environment, ensuring operational efficiency and data integrity., * Lead the deployment and configuration of HRIS modules, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and best practices.

  • Provide technical support for HRIS systems, including troubleshooting software issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system improvements.
  • Manage system administration tasks such as user access control, data security, and system updates.
  • Support system integration efforts with other enterprise applications using RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and service-oriented architecture principles.
  • Conduct system tuning and performance optimization to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
  • Maintain documentation related to system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Assist in system backup and recovery processes to safeguard data integrity.
  • Participate in solution architecture discussions to recommend scalable and secure HRIS solutions.
  • Support automation initiatives to streamline HR workflows and reduce manual intervention.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with HRIS systems administration, including Pegasystems or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA), solution architecture, and systems engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash (Unix shell), Shell Scripting, PowerShell, or Python for automation tasks.
  • Knowledge of server management including RAID controllers, server backup/recovery strategies, VMware virtualization, Windows Server administration, Linux operating systems, and Active Directory management.
  • Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, T-SQL, and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure components including DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing solutions, and network security protocols like information security standards.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues related to Windows Server administration, system design, configuration management, performance tuning, and system troubleshooting.
  • Competence in software implementation lifecycle (SDLC), configuration management tools like Git, and version control practices.
  • Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts including TCP/IP protocols and RESTful API integration.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or similar cloud services for scalable infrastructure deployment.
  • Background in computer science or systems engineering with a focus on operating systems such as Windows and Linux environments.
