Job description
The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for managing and analyzing HR data within Lawson, utilizing Excel to organize and interpret information, and preparing data for loading into Oracle. This position requires someone who is comfortable working directly with large datasets and can move seamlessly between HRIS systems, spreadsheets, and data analysis., * Extract HR and employee data from Lawson HRIS
- Utilize advanced Excel to organize, manipulate, analyze, and interpret HR data
- Identify data discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies and work toward resolution
- Prepare and format data for accurate loading into Oracle
- Load and transfer HR data into Oracle while maintaining data integrity
- Perform data validation and reconciliation between systems
- Assist with HRIS data conversions, integrations, and system-related projects
- Develop and maintain Excel reports and data analysis tools
- Partner with HR, payroll, IT, and other internal teams to troubleshoot HRIS and data issues
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee information
- Support ongoing HRIS improvements and process efficiencies
- Assist with testing, implementation, and system updates as needed

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to join our team in Orlando, FL on a Temp-to-Hire basis. This role is ideal for someone who is highly proficient in Lawson HRIS, advanced Excel, and HR data management, with the ability to extract, manipulate, interpret, and transfer data between systems., * Hands-on Lawson HRIS experience is required
- Strong Excel skills with experience working with large datasets
- Experience extracting data from an HRIS and preparing it for analysis or system upload
- Experience working with Oracle HR/HRIS systems is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of HR data and employee information
- Experience with data conversion, migration, integration, or reconciliation
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
