Job description

We are URGENTLY seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst with strong Lawson HRIS expertise to support and optimize our Human Resources Information System.

Mon-Fri. 8am to 5pm.

Located in the Orlando, FL area

This role is responsible for maintaining employee data integrity, troubleshooting system issues, supporting HR and payroll processes, generating reports, and implementing system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR operations, excellent analytical skills, and experience collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders., * Maintain and support the Lawson HRIS system, ensuring accurate employee and organizational data.

  • Configure, test, and implement system updates, enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot HRIS issues and provide timely support to HR, Payroll, and management.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and data audits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal and state regulations regarding employee data.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on system integrations, upgrades, and HR technology initiatives.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of HRIS experience, including hands-on experience with Lawson HRIS.
  • Knowledge of HR, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
