Software Delivery Analyst

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive value delivery for customers by translating outcomes into actionable work, aligning cross-functional teams, and guiding projects from inception to completion. You’ll partner with Software Engineering Managers to remove bottlenecks, manage the engineering backlog, and ensure deliverables align with business goals. You will translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and keep all parties informed with clear timelines and progress updates. This position emphasizes data-informed decisions, continuous learning, and an outcome-focused mindset within Sweetwater’s Shared Services team. Compensation / Benefits * Manage technical and software projects for stakeholders across the enterprise * Translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences to ensure alignment * Lead communication plans and run customer and technical meetings * Establish milestones, timelines, and regular progress updates * Collaborate with engineering leadership to identify critical systems and essential features * Work with engineering teams to execute data-related tasks and low-impact scripts * Leverage tools to analyze data and extract insights for decisions Tasks * Bachelor in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field * 2-6+ years of experience as Software Delivery Analyst, Business Analyst, or Software Project Manager * Proven experience guiding technical projects from inception to completion * Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Experience with Jira or other project management/delivery tools * Experience with SQL or other data tools (a plus) * Experience using scripting languages such as Python (a plus) * Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously Key requirements *
