Job description

We are looking for a Senior ForgeRock IAM Engineer with 12+ years of IT/IAM experience and strong hands-on experience with ForgeRock technologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions in a highly secure financial-services environment. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and support ForgeRock IAM solutions.
  • Work extensively with ForgeRock AM, IG, IDM and DS/OpenDJ.
  • Develop and customize Authentication Journeys/Trees, scripts, policies, nodes, and integrations.
  • Implement and support SSO, MFA, authentication, authorization, federation, and access management.
  • Work with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2.0, JWT and REST APIs.
  • Develop custom integrations using Java, JavaScript/Groovy and REST APIs.
  • Integrate ForgeRock with LDAP/Active Directory, enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
  • Troubleshoot complex IAM issues and provide L2/L3 production support.
  • Perform root-cause analysis, performance tuning, upgrades, and production issue resolution.
  • Work with DevOps teams on AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with architects, application teams, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentor junior IAM engineers.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of overall IT/IAM experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on ForgeRock experience.
  • Strong ForgeRock AM, IG, IDM and DS/OpenDJ knowledge.
  • Strong Java and JavaScript/Groovy development skills.
  • Strong understanding of OAuth, OIDC, SAML, LDAP, SSO and MFA.
  • Experience with REST APIs and enterprise application integration.
  • Experience with AWS/cloud and CI/CD environments.
  • Strong production troubleshooting and communication skills
