Entry Level IT Support Technician

Provide first-level technical support for employees by assisting with computer hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and basic network connectivity. Support day-to-day IT operations while learning company systems and processes. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed., * Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and other IT equipment.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
• Set up new employee workstations and assist with user account requests.
• Respond to help desk tickets and resolve basic technical issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
• Practice company security policies and follow established IT procedures.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have a current Arizona driver’s license and no felony convictions.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic computer, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Previous IT experience, coursework, certifications, or technical training preferred but not required., * Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more.
• Ability to install and move computer equipment, monitors, printers, and other IT hardware.
