Admin and IT Principal Clerk

Receive, process, and distribute departmental mail, correspondence, and other communications.

• Establish and maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems, records, personnel files, logs, registrations, and departmental statistics.

• Provide professional customer service by answering telephone calls and electronic inquiries, providing general information, routing requests, and responding to public concerns.

• Monitor and maintain County inventory records and supplies.

• Answer telephone calls, order office supplies, and perform general administrative and office support duties.

• Assist the HR & Payroll Coordinator with various projects, reports, and administrative tasks.

• Exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee and personnel information.

• Develop, prepare, and distribute departmental newsletters to ensure timely communication of key updates, announcements, and information.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
