Job description

  • Define and execute end-to-end OCM strategy and roadmap
  • Perform stakeholder analysis and drive engagement plans
  • Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations
  • Lead communication planning and training delivery
  • Drive user adoption and business transition activities
  • Monitor adoption metrics and report progress to leadership

Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned OCM Change Management Consultant with 10+ years of experience to lead organizational change initiatives for enterprise transformation programs. This is a fully onsite role based in Dallas, TX., * 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management

  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience in ERP implementations (Oracle/SAP preferred)
  • Proven experience in large-scale transformation programs
  • Prosci or equivalent OCM certification
