VMware Administrator - Secret Clearance

A newly awarded federal program supporting critical defense cyber and IT operations is standing up its team, and we are hiring 1 opening on it now. Getting in at the start of a contract is the difference between inheriting someone else’s work and shaping how the job actually gets done., * Provide Tier II escalation support for VMware virtualization infrastructure - vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN and NSX.

• Troubleshoot VM performance, host connectivity, storage and cluster/HA/DRS configuration issues.
• Provision, clone, template and decommission virtual machines under change management.
• Keep the virtual environment available, secure and audit-ready against federal hardening standards.

• An active Secret clearance.
• Security+, ITIL
• Relevant hands-on experience in the discipline.
• Willingness to work on-site in San Diego, CA.

Compensation: $69,000 - $79,000 per year, depending on experience and clearance level.
