Job description

We’re seeking an HRIS Analyst to provide production support, data analysis, testing and reporting within a complex, multi-entity environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for a mid-career professional with strong experience in HRIS, Reporting and Data Auditing.

In this role, you’ll partner with HR, Payroll, Time tracking and Vessel Operations teams to support their day-to-day processes in Workday HCM and MAPS (a ship operations application), while ensuring accuracy, scalability, and seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support Workday HCM and MAPS business processes for Vessel Operations
  • Provide production support, troubleshooting issues, and ensure data accuracy across HR and integration process between MAPS and Workday
  • Hands on experience with SQL query and reporting
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions
  • Support testing, data audits, and reporting tied to Workday HCM and MAPS

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of Workday HR /HRIS experience
  • Microsoft SQL / Oracle PL SQL reporting is a must
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience with ERP solutions like SAP and Oracle is a plus
  • Vessel operations business process knowledge desired
