HRIS Analyst

Insurance Placement Solutions (IPS) has an immediate opening for an HRIS Analyst with our client. This is a remote contract opportunity for candidates located in the Minnesota Twin Cities Metro or Southwest Metro area. This role is expected to work approximately 30-35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and is intended to provide temporary coverage for an associate on medical leave., * Provide day-to-day support for Workday functionality, including troubleshooting and issue resolution

• Configure and maintain Workday business processes, fields, and security settings
• Support system enhancements, releases, and testing efforts
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and other functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards
• Ensure data integrity through audits, validations, and reconciliation processes
• Assist with integrations, data loads, and system interfaces as needed
• Support documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives

Do you have experience in Workday?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 3-5 years of hands-on HRIS Workday system administration or support experience

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working in cross-functional environments with HR, Payroll, and IT teams
• Ability to work independently in a remote contract environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Preferred Workday Experience

• Workday Integrations experience, including CCB, preferred
• Workday Payroll experience preferred, * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field required
