Desktop Support

Join our team to provide essential technical support in an onsite role in Austin, Texas. This contract position requires assisting users with computer-related technical issues, both hardware and software. You’ll need strong customer service skills and experience with general IT support technologies., * Provide technical assistance to users for computer-related issues.

• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve technical problems.
• Log and track customer inquiries using an incident management system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Assist in meeting team performance targets and service level agreements.

• 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
• Strong customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of general office software.
• Basic understanding of networking principles.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
