Job description
Join our 24/7 Network Security Operations Center (NSOC) team! In this Tier 1 role, you will perform real-time monitoring, triage security alerts, analyze potential threats, and escalate incidents to protect critical systems.
Requirements
- 24/7 Shift Readiness (Required) - Full availability for flexible rotational shifts (nights, weekends, and holidays).
- Incident Triage & Monitoring - Hands-on experience classifying alerts, detecting false positives, and logging system events.
- Analytical Problem-Solving - Ability to evaluate technical data and resolve issues in a high-stakes environment.
- Documentation & Communication - Strong written/verbal skills to log events accurately and update team playbooks.
- SOC Experience (Highly Desired) - 1-3 years of prior background in a Security Operations Center.
