Product Owner - Online Banking

• Serve as the Product Owner for DCCU’s online banking experience, helping to shape and enhance a key digital channel for our members.
• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned products that support our employees and members.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear user cases, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
• Prioritize and manage product backlogs to maximize business value and deliver impactful solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle-from concept and design through testing, launch, and ongoing enhancement.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions and facilitate collaboration among business leaders, technical teams, and end users.
• Validate completed work through functional, non-functional, and regression testing to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
• Create process documentation, wireframes, and technical diagrams that support successful product development.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating existing systems and recommending solutions that enhance the member and employee experience.

DuPont Community Credit Union offers a competitive starting salary range of $73,875.00 to $86,911.76 in addition to an excellent benefits package including medical and dental insurance, life and disability insurance, pension plan, 401k with employer match, and generous paid time off. Starting salary placement in the range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills.
