Business Systems Principal Administrator - IT Liaison

Experteer Overview As IT Liaison, you connect Production Engineering Business Unit IT needs with HDMA IT to ensure reliable, standardized delivery of systems and support across North American manufacturing. You will develop software packaging standards, lead deployment processes, and address IT gaps with data-driven countermeasures. You’ll steer governance, training, and cross-functional collaboration while shaping the PEBU IT strategy and road map. This is an opportunity to impact manufacturing operations through integrated IT initiatives that enable scalable, efficient performance. Compensation / Benefits * Serve as the primary IT contact for PEBU, addressing systemic issues and implementing countermeasures * Develop and standardize IT processes in collaboration with HDMA and AHM IT * Install software packages for new hires and transfers and maintain standardized installation procedures * Lead the PEBU IT training program and create training plans for various roles * Set and communicate the PEBU IT strategy and long-term road map * Establish organizational support structures and manage cross-functional IT teams * Prioritize long-term and strategic IT initiatives and benchmark against other units * Create and apply standard software packaging profiles tailored to each group/department Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience * 8+ years’ experience in business systems or IT generalist roles * Experience working on cross-functional teams to implement solutions * Knowledge of documenting current business processes and re-engineering for improvement * Knowledge of customer service concepts and ability to meet/exceed expectations Key requirements * Competitive base salary * Regional bonus * Manager lease car program * Medical, dental, vision, and Rx * Paid time off including holidays * 401K with company match
