Scrum Master

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Scrum Master to lead agile teams in delivering enterprise software solutions that drive innovation and efficiency. As a key facilitator within our project management ecosystem, you will champion Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), ensuring seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams. • Remove impediments that hinder team progress by collaborating with stakeholders and resource managers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with product owners to prioritize backlogs, define user stories, and ensure clear requirements gathering aligned with business goals.
• Support the implementation of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and SAFe across multiple projects involving enterprise software deployments.
• Monitor project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, VersionOne, and TFS; manage timelines for release management and project scheduling.
• Lead efforts in user acceptance testing (UAT), test case development, and test-driven development practices to ensure quality deliverables.
• Oversee project documentation including Visio diagrams for IT infrastructure architecture, requirements specifications, and disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborate with IT teams on cloud computing initiatives (AWS), database management (SQL, Oracle), and IT governance standards to align project goals with organizational policies.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing analysis skills data, conducting lessons learned sessions, and implementing process enhancements.

Do you have experience in Waterfall?, * Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar project management role within enterprise software environments.

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe; familiarity with Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with project management software including Jira, VersionOne, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel).
• Knowledge of SDLC processes, PMBOK guidelines, requirements gathering techniques, and user acceptance testing procedures.
• Technical proficiency in AWS cloud computing services; experience with SQL databases (SQL Server or Oracle) is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and facilitate effective communication among diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with expertise in project scheduling, risk management, negotiation, and time management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data related to software development metrics and process improvements.
