Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Coach to lead the transformation and continuous improvement of our software development teams. In this role, you will champion Agile principles, facilitate the adoption of best practices, and foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and innovation. Your expertise will help teams deliver high-quality enterprise software solutions efficiently and effectively, leveraging frameworks such as SAFe and Kanban. You will serve as a mentor and facilitator, guiding teams through Agile ceremonies, scaling Agile practices across multiple departments, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence project delivery methodologies, optimize workflows, and drive organizational agility in a fast-paced environment., * Lead the implementation and scaling of Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and other methodologies across multiple teams and departments.

  • Coach product owners, Scrum Masters, project managers, and development teams on Agile best practices, principles, and tools to enhance productivity and collaboration.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and review sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Support requirements gathering processes by promoting user stories creation, acceptance criteria definition, and test-driven development practices.
  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to integrate cloud computing solutions like AWS into development workflows for scalable enterprise software deployment.
  • Assist in the adoption of project management tools such as Jira, VersionOne, TFS (Team Foundation Server), Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Visio for effective project scheduling and tracking.
  • Promote adherence to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), IT governance standards, disaster recovery plans, and release management protocols.
  • Provide guidance on program management activities including risk mitigation strategies, stakeholder communication, and project implementation planning.
  • Support teams in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), managing test cases, analyzing SQL or Oracle databases for data validation purposes.
  • Drive organizational change by fostering leadership skills among team members while emphasizing time management and organizational skills necessary for successful project delivery.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, * Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Kanban, Scrum, and Waterfall hybrid models.

  • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise software development environments with knowledge of SDLC processes.
  • Familiarity with project management software including Jira, VersionOne, TFS, Microsoft Project/Word/Excel/SharePoint/Visio.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms like AWS along with experience integrating cloud solutions into existing IT infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of databases such as SQL or Oracle for data analysis and testing purposes.
  • Excellent analysis skills with the ability to gather requirements effectively and translate them into actionable tasks.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to influence teams positively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Relevant certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or PMI-ACP are highly desirable.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on delivering value through continuous improvement initiatives. Join us in driving agility at every level!
