Scrum Master

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings to ensure Agile best practices are followed.
• Remove impediments that hinder team progress and foster a collaborative environment conducive to high performance.
• Coordinate with Product Owners to manage backlogs, prioritize tasks, and clarify requirements through effective requirements gathering.
• Track project progress using tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, TFS, and SharePoint; maintain transparency across stakeholders.
• Support the team in adopting Test-driven development (TDD), Release management, and SDLC processes aligned with PMBOK standards.
• Assist in program management activities including program planning, risk management, and disaster recovery planning.
• Promote adherence to Agile frameworks like SAFe while integrating other methodologies such as Waterfall when appropriate.
• Lead efforts in user acceptance testing (UAT) and project implementation phases to ensure quality delivery.
• Drive continuous process improvements by analyzing workflows and implementing best practices in project management and software development.

• Experience managing projects involving software development, requirements gathering, release management, and user acceptance testing.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence teams and stakeholders at all levels; excellent organizational skills and time management are essential.
