Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will design, configure, and deliver enterprise Workday solutions that power Trinity Health’s HR technology landscape. You will partner with the PLAN team and stakeholders to assess feasibility, define scalable options, and estimate effort for Workday initiatives. You’ll lead cross-functional design across multiple Workday areas and provide hands-on configuration when needed, ensuring governance and long-term platform strategy. This is a senior, impact-driven role shaping a secure, scalable HR technology ecosystem. Compensation / Benefits * Evaluate business requests for technical feasibility and delivery effort with the PLAN team * Lead cross-functional Workday solution design across Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Security, Reporting, and Integrations * Translate business requirements into technical designs including processes, security, reporting, and integrations * Provide technical assessments for project intake (timelines, resources, dependencies, integration impacts) * Design, configure, and support complex Workday solutions with hands-on configuration as needed * Escalate and resolve complex Workday configuration and production issues * Lead impact analysis, testing strategy, and deployment readiness for Workday releases and new features * Partner with teams to design and support integrations (Workday Studio, EIBs, APIs, Core Connectors) * Establish configuration standards, governance processes, and best practices * Mentor analysts, administrators, developers, and project teams supporting Workday initiatives * Identify opportunities to improve system design, automate processes, and optimize performance Tasks * Bachelor degree in healthcare or information technology and at least seven years of IT experience * Five years of experience across at least two IT disciplines (e.g., solution/technology architecture, security, integration) * Advanced knowledge of architectures, systems design, data models, and integrations * Understanding of modern enterprise architecture and healthcare processes across clinical, financial, and patient administration areas * Experience in designing and developing processing, reporting, analytics, and end-user solutions * Experience writing functional/design specifications and developing data enhancement processes * Experience with multiple technical architectures and programming languages * Change management process development and enforcement * Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work across product management methodology teams * Comfort working in a collaborative, shared leadership environment * Integrity and leadership aligned with Trinity Health values Key requirements *
