Job description

Plan, schedule, and monitor patch deployment jobs across RHEL and Windows servers.
Troubleshoot and resolve patching failures and related production issues.
Partner with engineering and technology teams to improve patching velocity and success rates.
Coordinate with global stakeholders and communicate status, risks, and remediation plans.

Requirements

We are seeking a Server Patch Management / Infrastructure Automation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in RHEL and Windows Server administration, enterprise patch management, and automation tooling and a proven ability to plan, execute, and improve large-scale patch deployments while reducing failures and risk., * Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and/or Windows Server systems administration.

Hands-on patch management in enterprise-scale environments.
Proficiency with BMC TrueSight Orchestration and Tanium.
Experience with ServiceNow and ITSM processes.
Proficient in at least one scripting language such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
Strong analytical thinking and production support skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a global team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible and Python.
Background in financial services and technology infrastructure teams.
